Conversion of first floor apartment within classic Edwardian terrace.

This project was to convert and remodel a first floor apartment in a grand 19C terrace of Edwardian 3 storey townhouses into a better laid out apartment with larger living space and better connection to the beautiful park and view out of the large windows. This was achieved by relocating the kitchen into half of the overlarge bathroom which freed up the space to move the door into the living space from the hall so you gained light into the hall and could see the view beyond.
